Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Plant HR Manager to lead human resources activities at our Baytown, TX facility. You will plan and administer HR policies, recruit and onboard staff, conduct orientations, and drive safety initiatives while ensuring compliance with FLSA and company goals.

You'll collaborate with management, handle employee relations, investigations, and payroll-related tasks in HRIS, and lead listening sessions to foster a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of field/manufacturing experience and 6 years in a similar position.
• Experience managing people and projects (4+ years) is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer HR policies and ensure compliance across plant operations.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard employees for vacant positions.
• Conduct new employee orientations to foster a positive attitude toward company goals.
• Participate in safety committee and conduct facility safety walks.
• Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Assist in payroll processing and status changes in HRIS.
• Lead listening sessions with employees and administer performance reviews.
• Ensure plant compliance with FLSA and union avoidance activities.
