Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC seeks a Plant HR Manager to lead HR operations at our Texas plant. You will plan and administer policies, recruit and orient new hires, manage performance reviews, and support safety and employee relations across the site.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, attendance tracking, and partnering with management to drive cost-efficient, compliant practices while fostering a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 6 years in HR position.
• 4 years of experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity.
• Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
• Conducts new employee orientations to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
• Participates in safety committee and identifies safety issues.
• Works with management in resolution of employee relations issues.
• Assists in investigations of employee relations issues.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
• Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity.
• Ensures plant is FLSA compliant.
• Leads monthly Listening Sessions with employees.
• Enters new hire paperwork and status changes into HRIS.
