Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting hourly production workforces preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Professional HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Strong coaching, employee relations, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience partnering with plant leadership and HR teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and execution for a manufacturing facility, aligned with plant objectives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance, policy interpretation, and investigations.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for hourly and salaried staff.
• Manage compensation programs, benefits administration, and performance processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and HR policies.
• Partner with Safety and plant leadership to foster safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and guide leadership decisions.
