• BS in Business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work assignments for all employees in areas of responsibility.
• Manage safety and continuous improvement within assigned area.
• Move and manage labor to facilitate dynamic workflows.
• Review daily and weekly efficiency reports for accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely deliverables.
• Perform managerial tasks including evaluations, training and staff development.
• Train and monitor employees in all job duties.
• Communicate and support new processes and lean initiatives to associates.
• Occasionally work in other areas based on workload.
• Achieve departmental production/delivery goals.
• All other duties as assigned.
