Job summary

Par Health, Inc. seeks an on-site HR Generalist in St. Louis, MO to deliver comprehensive HR support across the site. You will handle recruitment, employee and labor relations, training, and compliance to support organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with leadership to design recruitment strategies, support engagement initiatives, and manage HR programs, ensuring policies are applied consistently and fairly. This role reports to the HR Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with core HR generalist functions.
• Experience with unionized workforce and labor relations approaches.
• Experience using HRIS, ATS, and related systems.
• Experience designing and delivering HR/management training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support labor relations activities and grievance documentation under HR leadership.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried and non-exempt roles.
• Develop recruitment strategies with site leadership, including fairs and internships.
• Foster employee engagement and effective communication across the plant workforce.
• Provide guidance on policies, compensation, and HR processes to site leadership.
• Ensure adherence to policies and compliance across departments.
• Design and deliver HR and management training programs.
• Assist with training delivery and new hire orientation.
• Administer programs like referrals, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
• Conduct or support workplace investigations.
• Maintain accurate HR records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
