Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field; 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Solid understanding of employment law practices and regulatory compliance.
• Confidentiality & integrity in handling sensitive information.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive employee relations and workplace investigations under site HR leadership.
• Support retention efforts and manage time/attendance data and bid processes.
• Coordinate staff onboarding, training, and labor relations with Talent Acquisition.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review HR data for workforce planning and audits.
