Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive employee relations and support workplace investigations.
• Collaborate with plant management to maintain hourly employee retention and HR metrics.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and labor relations activities.
• Assist with HR data management, audits, and compliance in HRIS systems.
• Provide strategic HR guidance on policies, records, and workforce planning.
