Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field with 2+ years of related experience.
• Solid understanding of employment law practices and compliance with regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive employee and labor relations and support workplace investigations.
• Support staffing needs, job bids, onboarding, and payroll processes with HR data.
• Communicate HR policies and provide resources (FMLA, LOA, ADA) to employees.
• Assist with audits, maintain HRIS data, and ensure regulatory compliance.
