Responsabilités

• Create and lead recruiting initiatives for exempt and non-exempt roles across Smithfield Hog Production.
• Partner with operations and leaders to align talent with current and future opportunities.
• Maintain employee and safety files per retention guidelines.
• Process HR paperwork: applications, pay changes, terminations, and confidential data.
• Oversee recruitment: resumes, screens, interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding packets.
• Support New Employee Orientation and full onboarding cycle.
