Job summary

EnovaPremier is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist in Paris, KY. The role requires adapting hours to cover 2nd shift at least once weekly and overseeing HR functions for the plant.

Responsibilities include policy guidance, payroll processing in HRIS, staffing, benefits administration, and employee relations. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field is required, with 3–5 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR SME at plant level and stay compliant with employment law.
• Coach managers on policies and labor laws and provide guidance on employee relations.
• Administer HR policies and benefit programs, including Open Enrollment.
• Manage full-cycle staffing and recruitment for plant positions.
• Oversee onboarding, payroll data entry in HRIS, and employee files.
• Coordinate training and development opportunities and HR soft skills.
• Handle leaves of absence, ADA/ADAAA related items, and unemployment actions.
• Assist with staffing changes and plant reorganizations as needed.
