Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employee relations, training, recruitment, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions at the plant level, including policy benefits, compensation, staffing and recruitment, HRIS, payroll, training and development, and team member relations.
• Provide guidance to plant leadership on employment and labor law, policies, and investigations.
• Manage benefits programs, open enrollment, and leave of absence programs (including FMLA and ADA-related items).
• Coordinate staffing/recruitment for plant positions, onboarding, and HR data entry into HRIS/payroll system.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and ensure compliant administration of policies.
