Job summary

Enovapremie is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist for an onsite role in Paris, KY. The position requires flexibility to cover 2nd shift at least once weekly, with oversight of payroll, HRIS, benefits, and staffing processes to support plant operations.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3–5 years’ HR experience (manufacturing environment preferred), and strong communication skills to partner with leadership and employees across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• SHRM or PHR certification, preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employee relations, training, recruitment, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions at the plant, including policy, benefits, payroll, staffing, HRIS, training, and relations.
• Guide managers on policies, labor law, and employee relations.
• Administer benefits programs and annual open enrollment.
• Manage leave of absence programs, ADA/ADAAA items and related matters.
• Handle full-cycle staffing, recruitment, and offers; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, payroll submissions, and HRIS data entry.
• Support staffing changes, restructures, and team-building initiatives.
• Address unemployment requests and participate in hearings.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and HR administrative duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
