Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support recruitment by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, phone screens and reference checks.
• Process hourly new hires and terminations, onboarding support and exit interviews.
• Handle personnel action forms for hourly employees and update HRIS.
• Explain HR programs such as recruitment, salary and benefit administration and employee relations.
• Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis and verify payroll data.
• Maintain confidential files and comply with legal requirements.
