Job summary

JMJ Phillip Group seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support plant operations in an onsite manufacturing environment. This role partners with managers and employees on employee relations, talent development, safety, and HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include leading recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs; administering benefits, payroll, compensation, HR systems, and records; overseeing safety and OSHA compliance; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred, with 2+ years HR experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or plant environments strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR processes, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills for partnering with employees and managers.
• Highly organized, able to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on employee relations, retention, performance management, and HR initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
• Administer benefits, payroll, compensation, HR systems, and employee records with confidentiality.
• Oversee safety, OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, training, and safety committee activities.
• Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and engagement.
