VENTEON & Harvard Resource Solutions are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to work at a plant in the Nashville, TN area. You will serve as the primary HR Leader for assigned locations providing both leadership and HR support.

As a trusted advisor, you will align HR strategies with business goals, conduct employee relations investigations, recruit and onboard staff, ensure legal compliance, and help cultivate a high-performing, safe work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or SPHR certifications are a plus.
• 5 years of HR experience supporting a manufacturing (or industrial) plant or multi-location environment.
• Knowledge of US and Canada employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in a union environment with employee relations activities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to the leadership team.
• Conduct Employee Relations investigations and take appropriate actions.
• Recruit, select, and onboard employees in collaboration with the HR team.
• Provide HR operations support and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Champion a high-performing workplace culture where employees feel safe and valued.

POSITION TYPE: Full time, Direct Hire position with PTO and benefits package

PAY: $90,000 - $100,000 annual based on education and experience level.

Requirements of the HR Business Partner:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related.

• 5 years of HR experience supporting a manufacturing (or industrial) plant or multi location environment.
