Job summary

Swegon North America is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to establish and lead the HR function at our Murfreesboro, Tennessee manufacturing facility. You will serve as strategic partner to plant leadership and manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

The role demands hands-on HR leadership in a manufacturing setting, driving culture, performance management, workforce planning and talent development to support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field (HR/Business/Industrial Relations).
Professional HR designation required: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience; at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and establish the HR function for the Murfreesboro manufacturing plant.
Partner with site leadership to align HR with business objectives and employee engagement.
Advise on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
