Job Summary

The Plant Health Care Team are specialists dedicated to inspecting plant material, identifying problems, and ethically treating or preventing issues faced by trees and shrubs. They are our team of "detectives," viewing each plant disease or infestation as a puzzle to solve. This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors and visit beautiful properties in your community.

Compensation: $20-$25/hour, depending on experience, plus benefits, PTO, and 401(k).

Are you looking for a place where you can thrive? The Plant Health Care Team focuses on ensuring the health of trees and shrubs within a designated territory. Responsibilities include monitoring, diagnosing, and treating pest and disease issues, selecting appropriate treatments, and educating clients through diagnostic reports to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

• A desire to grow, problem-solve, and improve processes
• A degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, Turfgrass, or related experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A willingness to learn tree and plant identification, and safe use of application equipment
• Willingness to complete required certifications and licenses
• Desire to work outdoors
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
