The Plant Health Care Team are specialists dedicated to inspecting plant material, identifying problems, and ethically treating or preventing issues faced by trees and shrubs. They are our team of "detectives," viewing each plant disease or infestation as a puzzle they are eager to solve. This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors and visit beautiful properties in your community.

The Plant Health Care Team focuses on ensuring the health and well-being of trees and shrubs on clients' landscapes within a specific territory. Responsibilities include monitoring, diagnosing, and treating pest and disease infestations, selecting appropriate treatments, and interacting with clients. You will also educate clients through written diagnostic reports and ensure customer satisfaction.

What kind of person are we looking for?
  • A desire to grow, opportunity-driven, loves problem-solving and process improvement
  • A Degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, Turfgrass, or similar experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently with responsibility and autonomy
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs
Willingness to learn:
  • Tree/Plant Identification
  • Proper and safe use of spray and application equipment
Essential requirements:
  • Willingness to complete required trainings for certifications and licenses
  • Desire to work outdoors
  • Valid Driver's license to operate service vehicles
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
