Job summary

Sperber Companies seeks a Plant Health Account Manager to oversee pest control, plant health care, fertilization, and IPM across a Florida commercial landscape portfolio. Ensure regulatory compliance while upholding landscape health and customer satisfaction.

The role will serve as the licensed professional overseeing pesticide applications, training, and records across multiple properties. The role requires travel across South Florida, leadership of field teams, and collaboration with account

Qualifications

• Current Florida Certified Pest Control Operator (CPO) license.
• Active, hands-on IPM program development and implementation.
• Experience in commercial landscape pest management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPM programs for commercial properties and monitor plant health.
• Train field personnel on pesticide applications and safety.
• Maintain regulatory records and ensure FDACS/EPA/OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with branch managers and field crews for program execution.
• Support client meetings with site assessments and recommendations.
