Job summary

Inalfa Roof Systems Group is seeking a General Manager to lead manufacturing operations at the Cherokee Assembly site. You will drive profitability, oversee production staff, quality, engineering, health & safety, and logistics to meet strategic objectives.

The role requires senior leadership experience in automotive plants, strong financial acumen, and a track record of achieving customer quality targets and certifications. Excellent stakeholder collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in plant operations management and improvement methods.
• Experience with budget development and execution.
• Ability to communicate key data to senior management, customers, and suppliers.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality products at required quantity to meet customer requirements.
• Manage staff to performance and adherence to systems and processes.
• Create and execute annual FTE and operations budgets including overhead control.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost control in key areas.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality certifications.
