Responsibilities

Champion safety, quality and compliance across the organization.
Lead operations to ensure safety, legality, and regulatory compliance as well as production efficiency.
Drive performance improvement through manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement.
Own P&L, budgets and forecasts short- and long-term.
Build cross-functional alignment with EHS, Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR and Operations.
Develop and mentor teams while creating a high-performance culture.
Initiate operational improvements in maintenance, manufacturing and materials.
