Job summary

Inceed is partnering with a Tulsa-based manufacturer to recruit a Plant Financial Analyst. You will work closely with plant leadership to improve visibility into performance, strengthen cost control, and drive efficiency and margin improvement.

You will build budgets and rolling forecasts, perform variance analysis across labor, overhead, and materials, and report insights to senior leadership. This onsite role supports a manufacturing environment with opportunities for stock participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant finance experience.
• Manufacturing finance or FP&A experience required.
• Strong background in cost accounting and variance analysis.
• Experience with financial modeling and reporting.
• Ability to connect operational drivers to financial results.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership on financial targets and forecasts.
• Build budgets and rolling forecasts using operational drivers.
• Perform variance analysis for labor, overhead, and materials.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Improve reporting accuracy and data quality with plant teams.
• Track operational and financial metrics across the facility.
• Prepare reports and present insights to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement in financial processes.
