Job summary

Inceed has partnered with a great Tulsa-based company to fill a Sr. Manager FP&A role. You will lead pricing, reporting, and budgeting in a hands-on, manufacturing environment, guiding two direct reports.

Position: Sr. Manager FP&A

Compensation: $ 150,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

This is a high-impact opportunity for an FP&A leader who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll step into a key leadership position supporting pricing, reporting, and budgeting while guiding two direct reports. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead pricing, reporting, and budgeting activities
• Manage and support two Facility Controllers
• Partner with leadership on financial planning initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong FP&A background
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with pricing, reporting, and budgeting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a senior finance leadership role
