Job summary

Inceed has partnered with a great Tulsa-based company to fill a Sr. Manager FP&A role. You will lead pricing, reporting, and budgeting in a hands-on, manufacturing environment, guiding two direct reports.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A background in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with pricing, reporting and budgeting.
• Leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Ability to operate in a hands-on finance role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing, reporting, and budgeting activities
• Manage and support two Facility Controllers
• Partner with leadership on financial planning initiatives
• Provide analysis to support business decisions
