The role is hands-on, spending more time on the plant floor with crews than in the office, ensuring safety, efficiency, and target achievement. You will supervise supervisors and employees, manage schedules, and enforce company policies while maintaining P&L focus and budget discipline. A strong leader with practical knowledge of operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational leadership in manufacturing or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations.
• Ability to read budgets, plans, and blueprints; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily plant operations and assign tasks.
• Enforce MSHA and OSHA rules and procedures.
• Monitor conveyors, screens, and washers to meet targets.
• Report failures and plan repairs with maintenance.
• Manage budget within limits and understand P&L.
• Safely operate equipment and vehicles as needed.
• Oversee site inspections and address concerns.
• Conduct safety toolbox talks and employee meetings.
• Ensure PPE compliance and training for all staff.
• Coach and discipline employees to uphold standards.
