Job summary

Wallstreet Sand Co. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead production, maintenance, and logistics at our high-volume sand mining facility. The role emphasizes safe, compliant, and efficient operations while supporting both field and corporate teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with maintenance to minimize downtime. MSHA/OSHA compliance is essential to maintain safety standards across the site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations or supervisory roles in mining/sand/aggregate.
• Knowledge of MSHA reporting requirements and site inspections; MSHA certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules and workforce planning.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and optimize equipment uptime.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between plant leadership, field crews, and corporate teams.
