Job summary

Iron Oak Energy Solutions in Bigfoot Plant, Poteet, TX, is seeking a Production Manager to lead the site’s operations, champion safety, and drive cost-efficient production of frac sand products. The role focuses on direct leadership of production personnel, ensuring quality output, on-time schedules, and safe practices.

You will guide continuous improvement initiatives, manage staffing with HR, and partner with plant leadership to optimize throughput and performance in a fast-paced, high-growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (engineering-related field) or equivalent combination of degree and 7+ years operational experience.
• Must have prior experience with mining operations.
• Knowledge of asset utilization practices and field-application techniques.
• Understanding of process optimization, control systems and data analytics.
• Ability to administer procedures, policies and reports professionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Bigfoot plant operations including production, maintenance, quality and loadout.
• Advise Senior Plant Manager on safety, timeliness and efficiency concerns.
• Schedule and oversee activities of operations personnel to optimize manpower, material and facilities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and critical controls.
• Coordinate with Corporate HR for staffing, training and development.
