Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Plant Foreman to lead daily operations at our North American site in Glendale, AZ. This role focuses on safe, efficient production, supervising maintenance teams and coordinating crews to keep equipment running and production on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership, a strong understanding of plant processes, and a proven track record in safety-first operations within a heavy-industry environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a plant foreman or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of plant processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crews and assign equipment; conduct safety meetings.
• Complete Field Risk Assessments (FRAs) as needed.
• Lead maintenance activities and crusher liner changes.
• Operate belt splicing, bearings and gearboxes as required.
• Safely operate welding and cutting equipment.
• Change and maintain screen decks; manage confined spaces as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and部 parts inventories.
• Coordinate with management to order parts and materials.
• Proactively identify potential equipment failures and address issues early.
• Support continuous plant operations with maintenance teams and manage mobile equipment.
