Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Plant Foreman to oversee daily plant operations, drive safety, coordinate crews, and support maintenance activities. The role requires leadership, mechanical aptitude, and a focus on keeping production running smoothly.

The successful candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience with plant processes, equipment operation, and preventive maintenance, while promoting a proactive safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in this role or a similar position.
• Strong understanding of plant processes and operations.
• Thorough knowledge of equipment operation with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming crews and assign equipment; conduct safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices.
• Lead crusher liner change-outs and maintenance activities.
• Perform belt splicing and repairs.
• Operate welding and cutting equipment and maintain screen decks.
• Keep maintenance records and coordinate with management to order parts.
