Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient operation of plant equipment. The role supports Plant Managers in improving reliability and productivity, with responsibilities spanning troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and staff development.

Located in Hubbard, TX, the position requires 5+ years in production/maintenance, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment.
• Develop, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with Plant Managers to prioritize maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
