Honda is seeking a Systems Analyst to work closely with internal and external teams, applying analysis and design techniques to solve business problems with IT solutions on the plant floor.

The role involves deploying and supporting machine-facing plant floor systems and collaborating with engineers, database admins, and vendors. Onsite with potential for one remote day weekly, moderate travel around domestic sites.

Competenze

• Minimum educational qualifications: Associate or Bachelors in Computer Systems Analysis/CS/IT or related STEM field.
• Candidates without a degree must have a HS Diploma with equivalent experience and certifications.
• Minimum 3+ years of related industrial experience.
• Must have Windows 11 and/or LTSC, Windows 10 a plus.
• Basic networking protocols knowledge and server fundamentals.
• Understanding of PLCs and HMIs.
• PC hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint/Word).

Mansioni

• Detail understanding of plant floor computer systems; troubleshoot from business and technical perspectives.
• Understand plant floor functionality; identify failures and troubleshoot across OS, hardware, robots, PLCs, HMIs, networking.
• Develop or contribute to technical specifications for modifications or new systems.
• Communicate with diverse business stakeholders across levels and teams.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and participate in integration processes.
