Flowly Solutions is seeking a hands-on Processing Engineer to optimize our dynamic manufacturing operations on the production floor. You’ll investigate mechanical and electrical issues, fine-tune automation networks, and deploy robust technical solutions that directly impact our success.

You will configure and troubleshoot PLCs, collaborate with maintenance and operators, lead continuous improvement to boost uptime and product quality, and ensure safety standards during installation and startup

Competenze

Degree in mechatronics, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
Entry-level candidates with hands-on electromechanical training considered.
Must actively program and troubleshoot PLC systems.
Able to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
Strong communicator capable of explaining engineering concepts to teams.
Physically capable to work on a busy manufacturing floor.

Mansioni

Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance electromechanical systems on the plant floor.
Configure, debug, and maintain PLCs and automation hardware.
Lead continuous improvement to boost uptime, throughput, and quality.
Collaborate with maintenance to implement preventative and predictive care routines.
Analyze operational data to identify root causes of equipment failures.
Ensure all upgrades comply with safety regulations and standards.
Assist with installation, calibration, and launch of new processing machinery.
