Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily cleanroom production operations and supervise employees while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who takes initiative, holds staff accountable, and collaborates with management to improve plant performance. Responsibilities include staging work by department and fostering clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and proactive with leadership potential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, helpful attitude and team mindset.
• Ability to work independently and perform physical tasks in plant.
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
• College degree is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced production environments is a plus.
• Candidates must have held a formal Supervisor title in previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all plant production and supply employees.
• Stage work daily by department to optimize flow.
• Establish strong inter-department communication to meet daily goals.
