Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience working in clinical manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years leading fast-paced metric-driven teams.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma principles; Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise departmental personnel.
• Assist in delivering and maintaining employee Performance Improvement Plans.
• Participate in screening, interviewing, and evaluating employee candidates.
