This role provides a strong opportunity for a finance professional who stays close to the business and drives plant performance through insightful financial analysis and reporting.

You will partner with plant leadership on forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations and presenting insights to plant and finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of finance or related experience.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis.
• Manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Cost and variance analysis experience is required.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and plant metrics.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and rolling forecasts using production assumptions.
• Analyze variances and identify root causes for performance shifts.
• Review labor, overhead, material usage, and productivity trends.
• Support standardized plant metrics and reporting improvements.

• Support continuous improvement efforts across financial processes.

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience

In this role, you’ll support operational leaders with financial insight, cost analysis, and reporting that drives better decisions across the facility. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Partner with plant leadership on forecasts and financial targets.
• Prepare budgets and rolling forecasts using production assumptions.
