Job summary

Inceed has partnered with a leading manufacturing company to recruit a Plant Accountant dedicated to advancing plant financial performance in Tulsa. This on-site role partners with plant leadership to drive forecasting, budgeting, and cost visibility.

You will own forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards while supporting capex and working capital initiatives. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in manufacturing finance and strong Excel skills; SAP FI/CO is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing finance or related roles.
• Experience with plant costing and standard cost governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to plant leadership.
• Own plant forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Deliver performance management and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain plant KPI dashboards.
• Strengthen plant costing mechanics and margin visibility.
• Support plant inventory performance and working-capital drivers.
• Provide finance support for plant capex planning and reporting.
• Lead cost reduction programs and engage with production teams.
• Ensure finance processes are SOX-compliant.
• Lead and develop a small plant finance team.
