Entegris, Inc. seeks a Lead Plant Finance Business Partner to serve as the finance lead for three manufacturing plants in Bedford, MA; Reno, NV; and Danbury, CT. Based in Bedford, this role provides financial leadership, planning, and performance management across sites.

You will own cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, capital investment analysis, and operational finance, partnering with site leadership and the APS Division to drive value and productivity.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including significant experience in manufacturing, operations finance, or cost accounting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting plant operations and manufacturing leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial planning processes.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, financial reporting tools, and data analytics platforms preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic finance leadership for three plants: Bedford, Reno, and Danbury.
• Own the annual operating plan (AOP), budget, monthly forecast, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support decisions on capacity, labor, and investments.
• Monitor performance against plan and communicate risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Own plant cost accounting processes, including standard costing and inventory valuation.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities in GAAP-compliant manner.
• Develop operational financial metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, labor efficiency, throughput, and inventory turns.
• Drive cost reduction opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide financial leadership for inventory management and working capital improvement.
• Support pricing, sourcing, make-versus-buy, and product profitability analyses.
• Evaluate capital expenditures with ROI/NPV/IRR analyses and prioritize investments.
