Job summary

Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco company, seeks a Plant Finance Manager for its Indianapolis site to lead all site finance and administrative activities. You will develop financial plans, forecast performance, and provide insights to drive profitability and sustainable growth in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires CPA or Chartered Accountant designation and finance leadership experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

Strong manufacturing finance knowledge including cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Proven integrity, governance, audits, risk management and compliance responsibilities.
Ability to partner with operational leaders and influence decisions with credible financial insight.
Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, capital investment analysis and performance reviews.
Commitment to process improvement, transparency, and actionable financial insights.

Responsibilities

Lead site finance and administrative activities for the Indianapolis facility.
Develop financial plans, forecast performance and provide analysis to support decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability, control costs, and support growth.
Drive annual planning cycles, capital investments, and financial reporting.
