Job summary

Hain Celestial Group, Inc. is seeking a Plant Finance Manager to optimize manufacturing costs and lead cost governance across the site.

You will partner with Site Leadership, Regional Manufacturing, and Finance to deliver on Fuel for Growth and productivity targets while safeguarding assets and improving working capital. The role requires 5+ years in finance/accounting within manufacturing or supply chain, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with manufacturing or supply chain exposure.
• MBA/CPA or relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own site cost governance and accurate reflection of manufacturing costs in P&L.
• Provide decision support on yield, spend areas, and working capital trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Site Leadership, VP Regional Manufacturing, Indirect Procurement and Finance to drive cost programs.
• Ensure controls over assets, inventory, and PP&E and promote strong cost management practices.
