Genuine Search Group is seeking a Plant Controller for our Indiana manufacturing facility. The role partners with plant leadership to drive financial performance, manage budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory control, and reporting to enable informed business decisions.

This position leads the plant accounting team, analyzes variances, performs ROI analyses, and supports capital projects while promoting continuous improvement and financial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner to the Plant Manager and site leadership.
• Translate financial results into meaningful business insights for operational decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly operating reviews with plant leadership.
• Analyze variances and develop corrective action plans with department leaders.
• Perform ROI analyses to support capital expenditure decisions.
• Oversee inventory accounting processes and enhance cost accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operations to strengthen inventory controls.
• Maintain standard costs and product cost files.
• Support new product launches with cost estimates.
• Utilize activity-based costing to improve reporting.
