Job summary

TemperPack is seeking a Plant Finance Manager for our Lansing, MI facility to provide financial oversight and partner with manufacturing to drive profitability through cost analysis and forecasting.

The role requires 8+ years in finance, manufacturing cost accounting, US GAAP knowledge, and strong ERP skills. You will lead month-end closes, budgeting, inventory control, and ad-hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance/Accounting roles of progressive experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing Finance/Cost Accounting.
• Prior Site Finance Lead Experience (preferred).
• Comfortable with data and ERP systems.

• Cost accounting variance analysis and maintenance.
• Develop cost models, reports and dashboards for production efficiency.
