Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager for the State College manufacturing site in State College, PA. You will lead the site’s financial performance and partner with plant leaders to drive value across cost, cash, quality, and productivity.

You will manage monthly pacing, forecasting, and closing, oversee inventory and capex, and push continuous improvement through digital tools like Power BI, ERP systems, and Hyperion. Strong leadership and communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial experience, preferably including supply chain finance.
• Proven ability to partner with operational leaders to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead site financial performance including P&L, inventory, capex.
• Partner with operations to drive productivity, cost, and cash improvements.
• Lead monthly pacing, forecasting, closing, and budgeting activities.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation using digital tools.
