Job summary

GE HealthCare in Madison, Wisconsin, seeks a Finance Controller for the Patient Care Solutions Madison Plant to lead site financial performance and strategic decision-making. You will partner with site leadership, drive planning, forecasting, and reporting, and oversee cost, cash, quality, and productivity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive financial experience, preferably including supply chain finance.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders to drive performance and results.

Responsibilities

• Plant Financial Leadership: oversee site P&L, inventory, capex, and productivity initiatives.
• Operational Finance Partnership: partner with operations to drive productivity, cost reduction, and cash improvement.
• Forecasting, Reporting & Budgeting: lead monthly pacing, forecasting, and closing; support budgeting activities.
• Continuous Improvement: drive standardization and automation of financial processes using digital tools (Power BI).
• Global Anesthesia Support: support global Anesthesia financial processes and initiatives.
• People Leadership: coach and develop finance talent.
