Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial experience, preferably with supply chain finance.
• Experience partnering with operations leaders to drive performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site financial performance including P&L, inventory, capex and productivity initiatives.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive productivity, cost reduction and cash improvement.
• Facilitate monthly pacing, forecasting, and closing cycles and budgeting.
• Drive standard cost setting and continuous improvement via digital tooling.
