Ingersoll Rand in Sidney, OH is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead all aspects of plant finance during a period of growth. You will partner with plant leadership, Operations, and Materials to strengthen financial discipline and manufacturing performance, while upholding GAAP and internal controls.

You will shape the facility's financial direction, develop the finance team, and drive standard costing, cost accounting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience including month-end close and GAAP.
• 3+ years in a plant or manufacturing environment with Operations, Materials, or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with Excel skills.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with internal controls and SOX compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Sidney finance team and serve as the primary financial partner to plant leadership.
• Oversee monthly close, reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity.
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial performance.
• Oversee cost accounting, standard costs, and inventory variances.
• Manage capital expenditures, fixed assets, and investment prioritization.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.
