Ingersoll Rand seeks a Plant Controller in Sidney, OH to lead all finance facets of the Sidney plant during a growth phase. You will partner with Operations, Materials, and plant leadership to strengthen financial discipline and manufacturing performance, while guiding the finance team through close, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 3+ years in plant/manufacturing finance with Operations/Materials partnerships.
• 3+ years budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis with advanced Excel.
• 1+ year manufacturing cost accounting; standard costs experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Sidney finance team and partner with plant leadership.
• Manage monthly close, accounting entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, SOX, and internal controls across the site.
• Lead AOP development, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive performance.
• Oversee cost accounting, standard costs, and inventory variances.
• Oversee capital expenditures and asset management; project tracking.
