Job summary

Tenneco's Plant Finance team seeks a capable Plant Controller who will lead all aspects of finance for the facility. You will drive financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, and partner with plant leadership to meet financial objectives.

You will ensure compliance with US GAAP, develop financial plans, and guide continuous improvement in finance processes to support operational excellence. This role demands proactive leadership and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience leading finance objectives in manufacturing.
Strategic vision and communication skills related to finance objectives.
Proven experience pursuing operational excellence within Finance.

Responsibilities

Contribute to Finance KPIs for the plant and engage stakeholders on reporting and adjustments.
Drive finance objectives with the management team.
Develop financial plans and set financial policy for the plant.
Maintain integrity of all financial records per US GAAP and local requirements.
Analyze profitability and operational metrics per Tenneco standards.
Prepare and monitor the plant’s budget and forecasts, including cash management for working capital.
