Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Plant Controller in Michigan to own the financial performance of the manufacturing facility, including reporting, cost analysis, and inventory oversight. This role serves as the key financial advisor to plant leadership and connects to corporate finance.

The role requires 7+ years in finance or accounting with controllership experience in manufacturing and expertise in ERP systems (Oracle/JD Edwards/SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in a finance or accounting related role.
• Controllership experience within manufacturing.
• Professional experience within a global ERP system such as Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, etc.
• Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, data extraction, etc.).
• Experience within a regulated industry, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of the manufacturing facility, including reporting and cost analysis.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the site.
• Review and control site cost center expenses and intercompany transactions.
• Provide financial advisory support to plant leadership and corporate finance.
• Lead cost savings initiatives and lean manufacturing cost reductions.
