Job summary

Haemonetics Interventional Technologies is seeking a Plant Controller to own the financial performance of the manufacturing facility, delivering financial reporting, cost analysis, P&L, and inventory oversight. You will partner with plant leadership and link to corporate finance.

The role includes leading monthly/quarterly/annual closes, budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, and implementing cost reduction initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of professional experience in a finance or accounting related role.
• Controllership experience within manufacturing.
• Experience with global ERP systems (Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data extraction).
• Experience in a regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly balance sheet analysis and identify risks & opportunities.
• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, AP, and purchasing-related processes.
• Support federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements.
• Manage inventory controls, standard costing, cost analysis and productivity reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual finance close processes.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the site.
• Prepare and analyze KPIs to improve profitability and operations.
• Review and control site cost center expenses and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with corporate policies.
