You will manage financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, and internal controls to support operational decision-making. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in finance or accounting within manufacturing, strong cost accounting and analysis skills, and proven leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong background in cost accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience and understanding of production costs, launches, and profitability drivers.

Aufgaben

• Lead plant accounting and finance activities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability analysis.
• Provide cost accounting support and partner with operations on product costing and variances.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Manage intercompany transactions, fixed assets, tax filings, and process improvements.
• Support reporting automation and financial system enhancements.
